Objective
Development of an existing building and courtyard located at 9 Wotton Road, SE8 5TQ, Deptford. The project concluded the renovation and development of an existing property identified as a landmark by locals, using the rear land of this characteristic building, to host a total of 8 new residential units. An External restoration of the existing building, with internal changes expanding the usable area for the public House.
