We are in the process of gaining approval for a 46-unit HMO concept as part of an income-generating initiative. According to consultations with Lambeth Council, the local community supports a residential scheme of five Victorian houses. The development is in an impressive setting, adjacent to both Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill Train Station.
